3. Data and Content

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us permission to process that data to operate, secure, and improve the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform, including sending unlawful spam or malicious content.

5. Billing and Changes

Paid features are billed according to the selected plan. We may update pricing or product features with reasonable notice.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access for serious violations, security risk, or non-payment. You can stop using the service at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DONCHE CRM is provided on an “as is” basis without unlimited liability for indirect or consequential damages.
